General inquiries are answered within two working days. Complaints and safeguarding reports are handled by the Compliance Unit and reviewed within five working days.
Yes. Safeguarding concerns, complaints, fraud or misconduct can be raised through the confidential reporting channel — you can leave the contact fields blank. Every submission is reviewed under WASL's safeguarding procedures.
WASL operates through a decentralised network with member presence across all 34 provinces and regional coordination hubs. The national secretariat is in Kabul; regional queries are routed through the coordination team.
